“DROUGHT: SCDNR has declared moderate drought conditions in Fairfield County so we are asking for voluntary action from consumers of overall reductions in 20%. Please eliminate use of washing down buildings, cars, etc. and reduce watering of lawns, plants, and shrubbery until drought conditions have ended.”
