The Ridgeway Town Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:30
p.m. Wednesday, July 14, 2021, in the large meeting room in the Century
House to consider a request by Smith Johnson Jones and Ortiz LLC to rezone
a 1-acre parcel at 135 N. Palmer St. (Tax Map No. 168-03-06-014-000) from a
single-family residential district (R-1) to a downtown commercial district
