Attend a public meeting in October to learn more about the Piedmont Gateway State Scenic Byway, a 50-mile route through Ridgeway, Winnsboro and Great Falls. A corridor management plan aims to promote and enhance the scenic, recreational and historical resources along the Byway to attract visitors to the area and promote economic development. Three public meetings are scheduled:
Thursday, Oct. 17, at 6:30 p.m., Ridgeway Volunteer Fire Department meeting room, 310 Palmer St., Ridgeway
Tuesday, Oct. 22, at 6:30 p.m., Fairfield County Administration conference room, 2nd floor, 350 Columbia Rd, Winnsboro
Tuesday, Oct. 29, at 6 p.m., War Memorial Building, 401 Dearborn St, Great Falls
