a. Second/Final Reading: Ordinance To Lease Certain Real Property Owned By The Town Of Ridgeway, South Carolina, To The Barclay School
b. Second/Final Reading: Ordinance Amending The Fiscal Year 2017-18 General Fund Annual Budget To Appropriate Nineteen Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($19,700) Of Undesignated Fund Balance From The General Fund And Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000) Of Undesignated Fund Balance From The Water Fund To Various Expense Items Related To Certain Personnel And Capital Expenses For The Town Of Ridgeway. To Transfer Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) From The General Fund For The Purpose Of Creating A Capital Fund For The Town Of Ridgeway And To Appropriate Funds For Expenses From The Capital Fund.
XI. NEW BUSINESS:
a. Renewal of lawn and grounds maintenance contract with Loblolly for 2018.

a. Discussion of matters concerning the proposed location and provision of services encouraging the location of industry to the Town of Ridgeway.
