Ridgeway resident Virginia Lacy was presented with the prestigious Pioneer Award as part of the May 7, 2016 Arts on the Ridge awards program. The award stems from her continued efforts in bringing and encouraging the Arts in Ridgeway with her 10 years of work with the Arts on the Ridge festival and as part of the Fairfield County Arts Council.
The award was presented by festival Chair person, Phyllis Nichols Gutierrez.
