Earth Day came early for Ridgeway. The Mormon Church, the Later Day Saints of Jesus Christ Ridgeway Ward spent Saturday, April 12, 2014, beautifying the grounds of the Town Hall/Century House. Over 25 volunteers planted trees, trimmed bushes, lined the parking area with timbers and removed underbrush and weeds.
Each year the Church commits to a day of community service in Ridgeway. In the past members have cleaned the grounds of Ruff Chapel and the walking trail area on Church Street.
We thank these dear saints for their care of Ridgeway.
