It was a great night in Ridgeway, June 6, 2014 as the Town of Ridgeway in cooperation with the Ridgeway Merchants hosted a Crusin and a Commemorative Ceremony for the 70th Anniversary of D-Day. Veterans from WWII and all following wars participated in the event by riding in the parade driven by local car cruisers in the area. Guests, visitors and citizens enjoyed conversing with veterans, listening to speeches by students, checking out classic cars, eating good food in the local restaurants and listening to patriotic music of the 40s & 50s in the Cotton Yard and beach and shagging music at The Old Station.
