The Ridgeway Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at 7:00 pm on December 16, 2020 at Ridgeway Town Hall, 170 S. Dogwood Ave on the following: Appeal by Smith Johnson Jones & Ortiz LLC from decision of the zoning administrator that use of property at 135 N. Palmer Street does not comply with Zoning Ordinance for Single Family Residential (TMS#168-03-06-014-000). Documents relating to the appeal are available for public inspection at Town Hall and will also be available at the public hearing. Please wear masks and follow CDC guidelines.
