The Fairfield County Historical Society is awarding the Save the Ridgeway Water Tower group the 2017 William Banks Patrick Award for Historic Preservation at the Societies annual meeting on April 9 at 3:00 pm at Christ Central Community Center at 235 S Congress St in Winnsboro, SC. A reception follows in the Museum next door.
